CORP to host free breakfast

Phillipsbeliefnetmug_9 A few months ago, Debra Mason, wrote about Beliefnet.com on CORP’s other blog, “God, Media and More.”  Wednesday March 12th, Rebecca Phillips, Vice President of Social Networking at Beliefnet.com will be on campus. Rebecca will be participating in a  Symposium on Social Networking from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in Wrench Auditorium. The symposium will be sponsored by the Center for the Digital Globe.

However, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM CORP will be hosting a breakfast with Rebecca. The free breakfast will take place in 103 Stotler Lounge in Memorial Union. Free food will be provided by CORP. Anyone is welcome to stop by for a few minutes or longer if they so choose. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with Phillips about her experience with Beliefnet.com and other related religious and social networking issues.

Religious Advisors are more than welcome to bring flyers, brochures and materials for their various organizations to distribute to visitors. No one is obligated to stay the entire time, although he or she would be more than welcome if they wish to stay for the duration.
